You are bidding on a collection of thirteen items from Turf Paradise Race Track in Phoenix, Arizona. Most of the items are from the 70's & 80's and are in very good condition. The package includes six stakes books from the following years: 69-70, 70-71, 71-72, 73-74, 74-75, 77-78. These books list all of the stakes races that will be run at the track during the season. The interesting part about these is that they contain much more information than normal stakes books do. These have beautiful pictures and information about the track, horses, stakes charts, jockeys, trainers and officials. They are almost like media guides. There are three additional booklets included: an 83-84 condition book, an 85-86 condition book and a 90-91 stakes book. Also are three programs from the track. They all have light writing inside and are dated 10/31/82, 11/11/83 & 2/26/84. The first two have recently inducted Hall of Fame trainer, Bob Baffert, listed in there with horses running on the card. Finally is a 83-84 Turf Paradise yearbook. This contains all sorts of information on the track as well. Thanks for looking.
