Size: Small  
 This is a 60s Vintage dress by Rond  Bonheur.  It states its a size 9 but I would guess more of a ladies size small.   Measurements below.  The skirt is fully lined, Zips up the back, has a belt that ties in the back made from the same rayony/cotton material.  Very good vintage condition.  This dress has open sleeves that tie at the sides with green material that is also on the front of the dress.  Just pair with heels, pearls, white gloves and you are set.

bust  36 armpit to armpit
waist  26 inches (has elastic)

length   26 inches from waist.
