This is an antique tin toy train. On the front it has, No. 753.  On the back it has, Japan. The front wheel swivels from side to side and the back wheels roll.  
 
  It is over 3 1/2 inches long, 2 1/2 inches tall at tallest part, 1 7/8 inches wide at widest part.
 
  It is in very good condition. No cracks, chips, dents, dings, holes, stains, and no repairs. normal surface ware, few small light scratches.
