Shipping Policy:

• No profits are generated from shipping and handling.

• Flat rate shipping and handling is charged for all items.

• International shipping is available. Please note that some of these rates are significantly higher than the domestic rates.

• All items are packed in sturdy boxes or padded envelopes.

• Packages will be shipped the Monday through Friday the day after payment is received.

• Packing and shipping ends at 7 PM EST all other transactions will be packed and shipped the next business day:

• Example 1: Item is sold and paid for on Monday evening at 5 PM EST. This item will be in the mail on Tuesday.

• Example 2: Item sold and paid for on Friday evening at 8 PM EST. This item will be in the mail on Monday.

• All packages will be shipped by USPS First Class, International First Class, or Priority mail unless otherwise specified in the listing.

Open Box Discount's Policies

DOA: Dead on arrival. This means if an item is plugged in and does not work it is DOA.

Power On Tested: This means we have plugged the sale item it and verified that if turn on. this will be the exteent of the unit testing.

Open Box: Unless otherwise noted in the item description, most items we sell are considered open box. This means that the package was opened or mangled at some point in its lifetime. This is how we can purchase and sell these items at extremly reduced prices.

Tested:  Unless otherwise noted in the item description, we test all open boxed items to the best of my ability. Some items, such as keyboards, require more checking than we have time for and we sell these items with a DOA guarantee against the unfortunate situation where the items does not work.

Sold As Is: That means that the item does not come with a warrenty and might not work like it should. Please buy these items with the knowledge that the sale might be broken to some unknown degree. Refunds are not available for these items.

Returns: We reserve the right to ask for an item back prior to issueing a refund. In most cases we will not bother with the return of a item that does not work as advertised and in other cases, when we know an item functions as designed, we will ask for the item back at my expense. Please contact us and give us a chance to resolve an issue prior to submitting negative feedback. We are comitted to a positive customer expirience and have a very liberal return policy.
