Condition: The inside is in very good condition. The outside of the back cover has some minor water stains. The front cover is not perfect. It has a very rough tattered edge on the right hand side. There is also some water staining and wear-off on the bottom right. Further, there is a small penned letter S on the front left side at the middle.
After all that is said about the poor condition of the front cover, this is a nice find. It's a rare find that the collector will appreciate.
