1.                  Payment.  For convenience, I only accept Paypal. Please try to pay within a week, Paypal makes it easy.  I will report non-payers to eBay.

2.                  Shipping. I ship only via USPS Priority Mail so I can take advantage of their shipping materials and flat rates.  I don’t charge extra for handling or packaging for most items.  You can combine items to save on shipping, however, there may be a packaging charge to cover costs on larger lots or combinations of lots.  If you have any questions please ask, preferably before bidding. Complaints about shipping costs should be made to the USPS, as prices are quoted directly from them.

3.                  NO International Shipping unless previous arrangements have been made!  I only ship to addresses in the United States. Sorry about that, but due to some deadbeat scammers out of country, it has made it a gamble to ship anything International. Our post office is crazy and it just takes too long to arrange  the shipping on some of the items I am selling.

4.                  Guarantee. All items are guaranteed to be complete and as described to the best of my abilities.  If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact me and let’s discuss.  Of course, it is always best to ask questions before bidding, and I try to answer quickly.

5.                  Packaging. I try to package items well, but some fragile items, such as model kits, may experience some breakage in the mail.  If you are worried about that, I recommend purchasing insurance. Otherwise, I cannot be responsible for breakage in the mail. (Plus these minor breakages are usually easy to fix as you build the kit.)
