All customrs are advised to read thoroughly DORMENI’s Return Policy. Return is permitted only when:

①.  Defective items were delivered to the customers. Please collect, within SEVEN (7) days upon receipt of such defective items,  all the paper records demonstrating that the items are indeed from DORMENI, or digital receipts and/or invoice (if possible), box(es) and return to consignor. Full refund or exchanges, demanding for new and intact items are based on customers further instructions. Please contact our after-sales staff members and notify what the you want DORMENI to do in case of defective items are identified.

②. Return is NOT allowed when the items are destroyed due to the consignee(s)' human error or human fault or neglect of knowledge, including but not limited to, the customers' ignorance to properly follow the instructions of usage, or partial damage or destroy of the items as a result of the customers’ intentional or knowing actions, or destructions.

9.      Shipment.   Worldwide shipment. Instant shipment if products are stored at warehouses. Shipment costs are at customers budget. For details of shipment costs or using your preferred shipping agents, please contact our Customers Services Representatives before the delivery of products. Items will be shipped within 24 hours after payment arrives at our PayPal account. In the event that air mail service is used, it will take approximately 15~~21 days for the items to reach UK, US, Canada, Australia, or 20-30 days to France, Spain & other island countries/territories. Buyers shall not be surprised with the delay due to holiday or strike or any such unexpected causes. If the buyer requires effective tracking or an much earlier shipping time than ususal, please consider the courier alternatives. 10.   Payment of import duties (if applicable).   Buyers are responsible for customs duties, purchases taxes, and any other import taxes payable to their respecitve governments pursuant to their home countries’ taxation policies, if applicable.
