This is a gorgeous 100% authentic Tiffany & Co. Estate 18K Yellow Gold Blue Sapphire & Ruby Pin/Brooch. It has sixty-one beautiful blue sapphires equaling approximately 3.66 ctw. It also has one ruby in the middle .12 ctw. The brooch measures a little over 2 inches in width and a little over an inch in length at the widest points. The weight of the brooch is 10.7 grams. On the back it is stamped with "Tiffany & Co. 18K Italy". It will be sent in a Tiffany pouch and box.
