Vintage SIMOR JAPAN 7x 50 FIELD BINOCULARS w/CASE

We have up for auction an excellent pair of large 7x50 SIMOR JAPANESE Field style Binoculars with a leather case. These vintage binoculars are in good used condition, with no visible scratches, dents or other cosmetic blemishes to mar their appearance. The optics are very clear and the focus works very smoothly. The case is as good as I have seen with no marks or cosmetic problems, and the straps are like new. These were purchased at an estate sale along with other binoculars and cameras dating to the 1940-1960 time period.

The binoculars are marked as follows:

On the end of the focus bar the following is engraved:

GRO1440    TJK (IN DIAMOND)    JAPAN   KY

These binoculars are 7 inches tall, 7.5 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep.

The case measures 7.75 inches tall, by 8.75 inches wide, by 3.625 inches deep.

The binoculars with case weigh about 3¼ pounds and will have a shipping weight in the 4-5 pound range.

Gas prices,  Ebay fees, and supply costs have risen. We add a small handling fee of $1.00 to cover our costs.

Buyer pays shipping and insurance when requested. If multiple purchases are made we will gladly combine items to save on shipping costs, if it is feasible.

We pack and ship fragile items very carefully, using bubble-wrap or packing foam and surrounding the item with Styrofoam peanuts.

We will ship to foreign countries if feasible.
