From the estate of a former Jewelry Store Owner, I am offering a TIMEX SERVICE MANUAL MODELS 24 AND 32, NO. 15. This teal blue manual measures approximately 8 ½ inches by 5 ½ inches and contains 16 pages. This manual was printed by the Factory Service Division of Timex but it does not have a publication date on it. Most of the items from this estate were used during the 1960’s and 1970's, but this is entirely a guess.
This manual is in excellent condition. The cover and back are free from writing, stains or tears of any kind. The table of contents is included in the photos. Page 6 of this manual includes and exploded view of Model 24. There are sections on cleaning, lubrication, disassembly and assembly of both watch models 31 and 24. On many of the pages you will find detailed assembly diagrams that are printed in black with teal accents.
If this service manual would be a great resource for you, please consider bidding. It is in excellent shape and having it handy for those watches that need repairing would be of benefit. Thank you for reviewing my listing. I have other watch repair related items for sale in other listings so please check them out. I am willing to combine shipping, if items are purchased at the same time, if I am contacted prior to both items ending.
Purchase and Shipping Information
Bids are accepted from: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Germany and Switzerland, Norway and Australia. I do not ship to all countries so please contact me before bidding if you live in a country that is not listed above. International buyers are responsible for finding out what the shipping charges are to their location, so email me before bidding, so there are no surprises. Listings can not be modified if there is a bid on the item or there is less than 12 hours left in the auction.
Payment must be made by using Paypal and must be received in U.S. dollars within three days of the auction’s end. I also accept e-checks thru Paypal but I am not set up to accept credit card payments that are not channeled thru Paypal. With regard to customs forms I will only use the final bid price on customs forms, which does not include shipping., so please do not ask me to send it as a gift, as far as the form is concerned. If postal insurance is selected, it may be higher than the actual cost of the item. If these guidelines are followed your item will be shipped within five days of receiving cleared payment. Buyers will pay for all shipping, handling and customs fees when the item is sent internationally. Handling fees when charged are for packaging materials.
Postal Insurance is included in the handling fees for a US Bid winner and is not possible for any flat rate international mailing. If you are an International buyer, please don’t ask me to send the item to someone in the U.S., it must be sent directly to you, I do not ship to other locations. If the item seems delayed, notify me by email before providing feedback. I am not responsible for shipping transit times; they can vary, depending on holidays or mail volume, and ebay no longer allows negative feedback if this occurs. I exercise great caution in packaging to ensure that the item arrives in the advertised condition. For delayed items I will contact customs and this could take time. A street address not an APO Box is required. Your mailing address must be confirmed and match your e-bay registration before the item is sent and I will not ship to other locations. I do not accept returns on this watch repair manual; it is sold “as is.”
International Shipping information:
With regard to international shipping I am offering Priority Mail International flat rate envelope to all countries except for Canada. I will use First Class International rate either envelope or package rate for Canada and it does not offer insurance
