UK 1966-72 Vintage Action Man First Issue Soldiers of the Century (SOTC) Russian Binoculars & Case in C8 condition. No splits, scrapes or tarnish to the respective parts, just a tiny score to the front lip of the case above the closure pip, binoculars elastic strap retains it's elasticity. Thanks for looking! Condition Guide An accurate and honest reflection of the true condition of the item is of paramount importance to me, not least as misleading information only results in dissatisfaction for the buyer and poor feedback for me, which is in neither of our best interests. In addition to the description in which I seek to highlight any apparent flaws, items are graded using the following generally accepted collectors scale. Such grading is however subjective and it should always be appreciated that these were mass produced toys 30-40 years old which are never 'perfect'. C10. A mint item as sold in the shop when new. C9. Almost Mint may have some very small marks or shelf wear. C8. Very good condition gently played with and may have a scuff or slight tear to the box. C7. Good condition, obviously played with but still presentable. C6. Fair condition. Has been well played with but has no major defects. C5. and below. Poor condition and sold for restoration or to play again only. Authenticity I am a collector and also do not appreciate being dishonestly sold 40th Anniversary or Repro items advertised as Vintage originals. Accordingly please bid with confidence knowing that when I state Vintage in my listings I mean VINTAGE! Payment Prompt payment is appreciated to enable me to also post promptly and must be made within 7-days of the end of the auction unless alternative prior arrangement has been requested and agreed. Postage & Packing I do not deliberately seek or desire to make money on postage and packaging and will always combine for multiple item purchases wherever possible to do so; please just wait for a revised invoice. Please accordingly note that unless you desire me to simply apply a stamp to your item and stick it in the post, appropriate and sufficient packing materials are required to ensure adequate protection during transit and are accordingly reflected in the postage cost (e.g. padded bag or box, bubble wrap, tape, printed address label). Where also possible and appropriate I seek to re-use packaging in order to keep costs as low as possible. If a postage service different to that included in the listing is required, please let me know and I will be pleased to seek to accommodate your requirements. Please bear in mind that I have a full-time job, but am typically able to post items on Wednesday's and Friday's, assuming payment has been received at least the day previously (to allow packaging time). Postage Claims Owing to two recent dubious claims of items not arriving (preceded with >5-years of buying and selling 000's of items on eBay without loss), I now always obtain proof of postage which I will be pleased to provide to the buyer to assist with a claim on Royal Mail in the event of a genuine loss. I will however not submit claims on a buyer’s behalf. Collectors Forum New to collecting or wish to broaden your experience?
