Homelessness for a child isn't just about where they lay their heads at night; it's about where their heads are during the school day, too. A Child's Place works to erase the impact of homelessness on children and their education. We partner closely with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Public School System in Mecklenburg County, NC to serve the more than 2,900 homeless students now enrolled.
