Retired - Retail Over $80

This  LOT is from the stock of a gift shop that has closed.  The pieces are in mint condition and the sleeves show very minor shelf wear.

"Santa's Rooming House" 56386 - Retired 1999 - Retailed for $50 6.5" x 6" x 9" Box is stained

"Sing a Song For Santa"  set of 3 56316 - Retired - 1998 Retailed for $28 1.5" to 2." tall 

"Santa & Mrs Claus" 56090 set of 2 - Retired 2007 - Retailed for $15  2.25"

I will be listing many more Dept 56 pieces....look for something else to combine with this for an even better deal!
