Payments: We can only ship this item once payment has been processed. A contract would be established between customer and our company, and a tracking Nr. with Roadway Freight will be given once the merchandise left our warehouse. RETURN POLICY We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders. If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. We will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Please make a note on Bill of Lading with delivery driver if there is any visible damage! In general we package all our furniture products with care on pallets. We cart board, shrink wrap and band all individual pallets for protection of our products during shipping process Returned products must be in their original package and return in excellent condition as received. You will be charged the 10% restocking fee. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost both ways when your return has been processed at the warehouse. We do inspect our merchandise once taken off the overseas container shipment. In the unlikely event you receive a product that is damaged we will send replacements to you at no cost.
