I have a top listed already that matches this in fabric and color. (in a size 2)

 Ths is a Barclay Blue Fish Skirt in a size 1. It has the Barclay label with the little house inside the waist. The fabric is 92% cotton, and 8% lycra. The color is a medium berry juice purple. The ruching at each side is about seven inches deep. The waist is a comfortable elastic.
 
The gorgeous floral graphics look sort of stencil, and sort if block...very appealing, with swirling lines meandering of to the sides. the graphics repeat on the back.

***CONDITION***

It is in EXCELLENT condition...it was hardly worn...barely goes in the pre-owned category.

The waist is 26 stretching to 48 inches, the hips are 46, and the length is 37.
