You are looking at (most likely) an NVidia GeForce 2 GTS Video Card for a PC. Except for the fan, this video card was working when it was pulled from a PC. The fan does not work (and the screws shown in the picture are not currently installed). Because of its age, this video card is being sold as-is.

 

The video card doesn't specifically say that it's a GeForce2 GTS model--I'm using information on this page to identify the card. I can't claim that this is the exact correct model. More information might be found here.
