Occasionally, we will list testers or unboxed items at additional savings to customers. Our item description will always state if the item is unboxed or a tester. Please read carefully.

We are happy to answer any questions you might have to the best of our knowledge, however it is a buyer’s responsibility to know the product s/he is purchasing.

Please note that most mini perfumes come without boxes.

Payment is due within 7 days after the auction end or the date of the purchase. We accept PayPal

If payment for the items is not received within 7 days and no prior arrangements were made, we will report a non-paying bidder to Ebay and leave negative feedback. We do understand though that things come up, computers break, and delays do happen but please stay in touch, let us know and we will wait.

If you do not intend to complete the transaction, please do not bid. Bid is a binding contract and we do take it seriously.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Please note that we only process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays

General: Our priority is to get your order to you as soon as possible and we concentrate on shipping, Therefore, the tracking information will be sent upon request only. Please allow 48-72 after the payment is received prior to contacting us.

Return Policy

If for any reason, or no reason at all, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us in the original condition within 7 days for a full refund less S&H fee. Please send us a message via EBAY for a Return Authorization number and return shipping address. Your refund will be processed within a week after the item is received by us.

If the item is returned in opened or used condition, 20% restocking fee in addition to S&H fee will be deducted from your refund. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

When sending the items back to us we ask you to use the traceable shipping method. If the package is lost and no tracking information is available as a proof of shipping, no refund or exchange will be provided. Please pack the items the way it was sent to you. If the item will get damaged by the shipper, 20% restocking fee will also be deducted.

Wrong Item/Damaged Item

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of the receipt. As soon as the item is received, a replacement item will be shipped out to you. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund in the form of original payment.

Feedback

We will be more than happy to leave you a positive feedback, once it is left for us. Receiving a positive feedback from the buyer will serve as a proof that the item is received in satisfactory condition.

If for any reason, you feel that anything other than positive is deserved, please email us first to give us a chance to resolve any issues you might have. If, however, you leave us a negative or neutral feedback without contacting us first, we will leave the same for you. Most of the problems can be resolved if you communicate with us.

General Policies

All items are subject to availability. We do list 100 of each item but it doesn’t mean that we have all of them in stock. If the item is sold out we will let you know as soon as possible (in some cases, it might take for up to 7 days) and refund your payment immediately. We work very hard to have our inventory updated, however with over 1000 items, we do occasionally sell an item that is no longer available.

Please ask all your questions prior to bidding. We answer them all day long and will get back to you in a timely manner. If you need to contact us, please use Contact the Seller form through Ebay. We will not be able to receive any other communication from you. Also, please do not write comments when pay via PayPal, we will not be able to see them.

Please read the item description carefully. Never trust just the picture. They do not always show the right size (e.g. of the picture shows 3.4 oz and description indicates that this is a .13 oz mini, you will receive a mini).
