VINTAGE METAL TREE TOPPER MADE BY GLOLITE, MOST LIKELY FROM THE 40'S OR 50'S. TOPPER LIGHT UP AND LUMINATES AROUND THE RED MICA CENTER. CONDITION , TOPPER WORKS AND THE ONLY THING I SEE WRONG IS TINY PLACE OF PAINT DRIED AND FALLEN OFF ON ONE STAR POINT. PLUS IT MAY NEED CLEANED FROM BEING STORED. STAR IS FROM POINT TO POINT 7" ACROSS.

WITH THE NEW FLAT RATE SMALL BOX SOMETIMES MAILING COST IS LESS USING THAT TYPE OF SHIPPING.. Ebays new rules seller can not demand buyer take insurance. I always place delivery confirmation on all packages that tell me it arrived. Without insurance I can not or will not refund any money cause package never got to you. I keep my receipts , but if Post Office / UPS lost or damaged the item that is out of my control. I think it's best to buy insurance most of the time.

I back all items I list on Ebay with a full return after Item is mailed back to me in condition mailed out.  I will return item cost and one way shipping ,buyer pays return shipping.

An Email always works problems out if there would happen to be one. Feedbacks should always be good cause remember Emails work problem out. So Email if you need to and always Email with Questions when the auction is live. Early Emails work best waiting till the end of the auction is not always good. Seller may or may not be there when an item ends.

If your package looks damaged on outside you should let your local Post Master open your item to see how it was packed. That works with collecting insurance if that should ever happen. You should do that no matter what Ebay site you get something from.

If for some reason shipping cost is lower than what you payed I will return differents back to you the buyer using PayPal.  Anything over $2.00. Shipping caluculater does not always give a true cost.  Nothing I do it's the online site. I have no fees for packing or handling an item and never try to make money on shipping cost.

I ship all items within 4 days from when payed , most time faster than four working days.
