This is a wooden vintage doll Highchair. It is approx. 25" tall and 12.5" wide. The seat measures 8" wide where the doll would fit and 4" deep. That would be with the tray in place.  The top pillow is removable. This fabric is the original fabric. The tray is the type that lifts up over the top of the highchair.There is a small stamp marked "Thayer - toys for tots."
