Returns

Returns/exchanges are accepted, the buyer will pay return shipping, and the shipping costs again to get the replacement item back to you. Exchanges are accepted if we made a spelling mistake or wrong item. We double & triple check our items to insure correct spelling. Please be sure to provide the correct spelling on the child's name for personalization. If you provide the name with wrong spelling, we will not replace the item for free.
