Up for grabs is a Sony Vaio Model N: PCG-9B3L single core RAM: 512mb (what they told me) 20gigs memory Now what happened was the battery basically expanded didn't completely explode but expanded and we had to pull it out with pliers, of course the battery is shot, it doesn't have one anymore and the slot for the battery is a bit stretched, but if you're a computer pro or wanting to take it to one it's fixable, you can't even see what happened besides an empty battery slot. The screen is intact, no cracks etc. It is missing the K key The hard drive is still in it This is XP home edition When we last plugged it in with our cord for another (not included) the screen did come on. However, it needs a bit of work, or would be great for just using the casing. All the ports are fine, does have telephone/monitor/dsl hookup cord ports, does need a wireless card (not included) the flap for the insertion is missing. One of the usb ports in the back looks a little crooked, but probably from just being in the back and things plugged in. This has a puplely/grey/black tone too it and was a great laptop. Lasted a long time. We're still not sure why the battery expanded it was currently in the possession of someone else. If the bids get over $40 I'll throw in a few software CD's & Games for XP. I can fit this and ship it safely in a medium flat rate box, so discounted price for you! **the second shipping option is with insurance!
