Joseph Swantak Inc. is a family owned business located on St. Hwy.28 South of Oneonta New York. Swantak, Inc. first started operation in 1958 and incorporated in 1960. In our early years our primary focus was on the distribution of farm equipment. With the change of times, so has our product lines, now selling quality equipment for the farm as well as to contractors, landscapers and the homeowner. Our priority is to always provide our customers with prompt and courteous sales and service.  

This auction is open to the United States only.  All bidders must have a score of 5 or better.  If you have a score below 5 you must contact Swantak, Inc. prior to bidding.  Bidders with a score of 5 or less that fail to contact us will have their bid canceled by Swantak, Inc.

Payment Methods-  Credit card, certified check, bank to bank transfers, or bank financing.

New York residents will have an 8% sales tax added onto the final price unless you have an exemption form. All out of State buyers are responsible for their own taxes.

Notice to bidders- Remember EBAY rules-by placing a bid on this equipment you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above named equipment from us.

Transportation/shipping may be arranged for an additional charge, but is not included on any auction item.  Swantak, Inc. is not responsible for any transportation or shipping of any items auctioned.

All products auctioned by Swantak, Inc. are sold As Is, with no warranty unless otherwise specified or covered by the manufacturer.

If you have an offer that you would like to end the auction early with, please feel free to contact us directly at (607) 432-0891. We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 24 hours if we agree to terms and end the auction early.

The winning bidder must contact us within24 hours after the auction closes to confirm his/her intention to buy. Buyer has 48 hours to furnish the deposit and three business  days to make payment in full.
