This auction is for 12 Skeins of Reynolds "Saucy" 100% Mercerized Cotton Yarn. Color is Black and the dye lots are all the same. Each skein is 185 yds./100g, so you have a total of 2,220 yds. It is a really nice, economical cotton to knit with and is called "The best selling cotton yarn in America". Recommended needle size is #6-7 US and gauge is 5 sts per inch and 6-1/2 rows. It is a light to medium weight worsted cabled yarn, which is nice because it doesn't split easily when you're knitting with it. It's sometimes hard to find this many skeins of black in the same dye lot--so here it is! Plenty for a sweater, cardigan or shawl. The yarn is in excellent condition and has been stored in ziplock bags and is from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
