Here’s a nice Bill Elliott racing t shirt.  I could really fry up some sizzle for this beauty if it featured Fireball Roberts or Fred Lorenzen, but that’s not really being fair to old Bill.  Most of the NASCAR drivers in my day didn’t live to be as old as I am.  I suppose I could also talk about racing around in my old black ’56 Ford and the girls who rode shotgun.  But, hey, that’s what the 5^th Amendment is all about.

Suffice it to say that this shirt should belong to a true-blue Bill Elliott fan—not wasted on me.  Wear it with pride!  By the way, it is silk-screened front and back!  Nice job, too!

All our merchandise is shipped from a smoke-free and pet-free environment.  Unless otherwise noted in the item description above, new items will not bear sales tags or manufacturer’s promotional information.  New items may not necessarily arrive in their original packing materials.  Items such as electronics or hard goods, if new, may be shipped in manufacturer’s original packing materials, except where we deem them insufficient to protect the item in transit.

Payment

We accept PayPal (and credit card transactions through PayPal).  We expect to receive payment within 7 days of the close of the item’s auction.  Please pay promptly to insure the fastest possible shipment and delivery.

Shipping Addresses

Please always provide us with a street address with zip code.  UPS will not and cannot deliver to a post office box.  If you can only receive shipments to a post office box, please contact us before you place your bid.  We will tell you whether or not we can accommodate you.

Timely Shipping.

In most cases, we ship within three (3) days of our receipt of full payment for the items we sell.   Special shipping or insurance costs requested by the buyer--but not included in our original listing--must also be paid prior to shipment.  Travel time for your orders will vary somewhat with the method of shipment and the distance the package must travel, but, unless we have advised you otherwise, you can anticipate having your merchandise within fourteen (14) business days of our receipt of full payment for your purchase.

Shipping and Handling Costs

Small relatively-flat items will be shipped USPS first class or priority mail.  All other items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.  We try to keep our shipping costs in line, but please do understand that we will go to whatever expense we believe is necessary to package your purchase securely and ship it via the best way to make sure that your merchandise arrives in good condition and in a timely manner.  If our listing specifies a specific amount for shipping, we will already have determined how the item will be shipped and what we expect shipping and handling to cost us—and you.

Insurance

Insurance is always available at an extra cost, which will be in addition to your entire purchase price as noted in our item listings.  Again, you must let us know before bid time.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship only to locations in the “lower 48” of the United States of America.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’d be happy to refund to you the product price less shipping and handling if you will email us within 48 hours of your receipt of the merchandise stating the reason for the return.  We then must receive the returned item(s) within seven (7) days of the date of the email from you requesting the return.

Before we process your refund, we must have the product back from you in its original condition, complete with all original packaging materials and all accessories.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  For returns, all return shipping and handling costs will be paid by you, the Buyer.
