Used Red & White Yarn Ball Winder

I have up for sale a used yarn ball winder that is red & white this ball winder is in very good condition the only defect I can find on it is that the flange of the cone base has tiny nicks on it all the way around it.  This ball winder comes with the instruction sheet. 

Here is some information from the instructions on the ball winder:
