These are gray and black Cisco 7912 and 7940 Series IP phones. They are in good condition and may a few, small blemishes but functional.  No AC adapter.  Used previously in a PoE environment.  Both come with handset, cord and telephone unit.  7912 also has a separate back stand.  7940's back stand is part of unit.  Tested for power but no way to test full and complete functionality without the Cisco VoIP switch.
