THERE ARE NO BALD SPOTS, AND THIS HAS 2 SLASH POCKETS, 1 BUTTON AT THE TOP WITH A MATERIAL LOOP THERE IS 1 FURRIER HOOK, BUT THE EYE IS MISSING, NOT REALLY A PROBLEM... THE LINING IS A DARK BROWN & IS IN GREAT CONDITION ALSO.. THE CUFFS ON THIS CAN BE WORN DOWN OR UP HOWEVER THE PERSON WANTS TO WEAR IT... HERE ARE THE MEASUREMENTS:
