Thank you for taking the time to look at one of my pieces. These pieces are one of a kind and will not be ever be exactly reproduced again, I sign and date each piece as they are created and I truely am proud of each piece and happy to offer them for others to enjoy. I am not a well known artist as I recently just realized myself that I really enjoy making these pieces.
This is part of my 'Permanence' collection and is a mix of metal and stone. This piece is made from steel that has been given a polished but ground surface and mounted into a granite stone. The entire piece stands slightly over 2 feet tall and weighs about 10 lbs. This one has been coated in a green/yellow candy and copper finish, so the 'leaves' take on a different color depending on the viewing angle. They can be displayed indoors or out, but look best when displayed under bright lighting such as a spotlight.
