Case & Sons cutlery company Bradford,Pa..This knife measures just shy of 3 1/2 " in the closed position and features chip & crack free beautiful genuine Bone with peach seed type jigging and it has a Nickle Silver coin type inlay shield. The beautiful bone for this knife did come from the Bovine species of Cow.This knife is brand new,but old stock and has never been used, carried or the blades re-sharpened and comes with it's original two piece factory box and knife wrapping tissue. The bolsters on this knife are made of Nickle Silver and the pins & liners are made of brass. The blades are made of a special formula of HY-Carbon alloy cutlery steel. All four blades do feature a very solid half stop position and the tang stamp is the same on all four blades: Colonel Coon. There are no flaws that I can see to mention. This beautiful pocket knife is absolute mint.I do know that the top bidder of this auction will be very pleased with this very collectible pocket knife.I'm really not sure how many of you are familiar with the Colonel Coon knives, but they are a very collectible pocket knife and if you collect for investment purposes then don't miss out on this one!.I'm sorry about my pictures, because there are some reflections and shadows on the knife, but that is all that they are, because the blades are spotless!.
