Vintage Marked Heddon Dowagiac Experimental Lure ?

 

This is an unidentifiable Heddon Lure. The lip is marked Heddon Dowagiac. The lure does have glass eye and is made of wood. The lure body measures about 2 ½". I don’t know if it is a homemade lure or a Heddon experimental lure? It has Heddon hardware and eyes. If the lure is homemade they did an excellent job. If you have any questions please ask and I will answer them the best that I can.
