From SEARS is this SEAL-N-SAVE BAG SEALER.
 
This is in the original box with instructions and all components in tact. This is most likely vintage and I'm pretty sure it still works. I have no plastic to test with so that will be the test.
 
This appliance seals everything in air tight boilable cooking pouches so you can:
 
Cook meals in advance
Double recipes and save half
Prepare for parties ahead of time
Preserve fresh foods during canning season
 
This is a cool old appliance. Enjoy seasonal fruits and vegetables all year round. Seals bags that can be boiled AIR TIGHT and also most other NON-boilable plastic wraps.
 
Very nice addition to your cooking essentials - especially if you put food up like I do!
