Both are in good condition.  Video tape looks like it's hardly been handled.  The album has a few scratches on it, but does contain the paper insert. Has some wear on the outside of it as seen in the picture.  Both covers are in really good shape & not torn up. Please email me with any ?'s.  Both items are used.  Been cleaning out some of my mom's collection. She's willing to give them up so that YOU may be able to enjoy many hours of country classic listening!
