This is our Return Policy and There are NO Exceptions:  Item will be refunded if returned in the same condition as shipped. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items regardless of the reason.  If a package is claimed to be lost or not received after a reasonable amount of time, we will provide a copy of the postal receipt showing it had been shipped.  We do not own and operate the U.S. Postal Service and have no control over our packages once we drop them off.  No refunds will be given for packages not received where we provide a postal receipt.  If you pay extra for overnight shipping or tracking services, we can track the shipment for you.  If the package does not arrive, we will provide the tracking number so you can continue tracking the package yourself.  If your package arrives damaged and you have taken out insurance, we will provide proof of payment/receipt to you so you can file a claim with your local post office.  Refunds will only be given if the buyer has a valid complaint with a product and we approve the return.  Once received, the buyer will receive a full refund, but will still be responsible for the shipping costs back.  Please keep in mind that most of our goods are shipped 1st-class mail or parcel post and a tracking number is never provided for those shipments.
