Contains 15 classic Norse mythological tales including the title story, three Billy Goats Gruff and 13 others. Has 7 nice stylistic color plates by Kay Nielsen. Uncommon, and desireable  book.

Due to the areas rubbed off the pastedown on the cover, and some white paper residue on the back cover, this can only be graded as a Good Reading  copy. Still the interior is clean & tight. light corner rubs on boards.
