These are brand new pageant boutique wedding XLARGE flower ON A kufi crochet HAT. The hat is 8 inches x 6 inches and WILL fit from 15 to 25 inches. Should fit from TODDLER TO ADULT heads. The flower is 8 inches by 8 inches and very very full.  Has a glitter center and long dangling feathers.  The flower is removeable and can also be worn as a broach pin, hair bow or on a headband.   This is so pretty absolutely breathtaking!!

 

This auction is for ONE flower WITH HAT as shown in the  picture.
