Payment must be made within 48 hours of the auction's closing. If there is any exception, you MUST notify us and come to an agreement on payment, or we reserve the right to relist the item. • PayPal buyers must have confirmed addresses, no exceptions. We will NOT ship otherwise. If we have to change the address in order for it to be confirmed, there will be an additional $10 charge. Please ensure you are shipping to a confirmed address before buying in order to save time for us AND you.
• Virginia residents will be charged a 5% sales tax on the total sales price, without exception.

Your purchase will ship Mon-Fri, within 24 hours of payment clearing, excluding major holidays. (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day). All products shipped within the United States (lower 48 states) will be shipped USPS Priority. Please e-mail us if you intend to purchase multiple items, or have any questions at all about shipping.

• All computers and laptops are shipped via UPS
• We can ship to APO/PO Boxes with USPS for no additional shipping cost.
• Insurance is highly recommended, it is only $3 for every $100 of the item price. There is always a chance a package could get lost. It can take up to 60 days for such an occurrence to be processed (as little as 7 days insured with verification).
• Shipping costs include cost of materials, labor, and handling.
• Any orders over $250 require a shipping signature.
• We do not combine shipping on multiple products. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping on each auction they bid on.
• We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses, both domestically and internationally.
• All sales are final for international bidders, NO WARRANTY without exception if we ship overseas.
• International bidders may have to pay additional duties, taxes, or customs fees.
• In all international orders we ONLY declare orders marked as "other" and the value will be set at the total amount of the sale price.

• Batteries are NOT covered by warranty on used items. Used batteries can have a wide range of charge and lifespan.

In the event that you DO decide to return this item, you MUST print and complete the following form and send it along with the item. RETURN FORM You must also include a copy of the invoice in the package and write the invoice number on the OUTSIDE of the package so we can properly route your return upon receiving it. Any return that arrives without a Return Form or the invoice number on the outside will not be honored.

• Buyers have the option to return the product within 30 days BUT must pay a 25% restocking fee that will be taken from the total price of the sale. It will be the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping cost. We do not refund the original shipping cost.
• If you do decide that you want to return your item, please do so in a timely manner.

• By bidding you acknowledge that you have read this auction completely and agree to our terms and have entered into a legally binding contract.
