 This is a very nice example of Royal Copley, beautifully painted, in very good condition.   He has some nicks/small chips on the coin slot (see last pic), and is broken open on the bottom on one side (see 9th pic) - so some one could retrieve their coins - otherwise this bank is in fantastic condition.  Hand Painting was done extremely well.  There is no other damage besides the coin slot and the base, no other chips or cracks to report.   There aren't any manufacturing flaws worth noting, or we would - which is really unusual for mid-century pieces.

  We are not experts on anything...we just like collecting nice vintage items!  We are selling our collection as we are needing to downsize for a move.  Otherwise we would never part with most of the items we are offering here.
