• Shipping price is for domestic only.
• International Bidders are GREATLY Appreciated, but it is recommended that you contact us for quotes PRIOR to bidding.
• ANY BROKERAGE FEES INCURRED ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.  US SELLERS HAVE ZERO CONTROL OVER THIS.
• We ship ONLY to CONFIRMED ADDRESSES.  i.e... If you reside in Brazil, and you ask us to ship to a different address than what is registered with eBay, we will relist the item.  This is for the buyers protection as well as the sellers.
• Shipping is non-negotiable.  They are some of the most competitive prices on eBay.
• We use USPS and UPS unless using Freight.
• For our customers’ convenience, we do NOT require signature confirmation.  Please let us know if you wish to request this.
• We will NOT falsify customs documentation or declarations.  Please do not ask.
• We take care in carefully packaging our items.  UPS and USPS aren’t always graceful with packages.  This can occasionally be something beyond our control.  IF your item DOES indeed arrive damaged, you will be issued a full refund once the claims process is completed.

USPS does NOT provide tracking numbers. They provide “Delivery Confirmation” numbers that are not always up to date. Rest assured, if you receive an email with this number, then your item has been shipped and is on its way.

USPS Parcel Post can take 2 to 11 days to arrive.

Warranty and Returns

·         Unless specified in the “Item Description” field, items are AS-IS unless DOA with NO Warranty expressed or implied.  “Parts And Repair” items are AS-IS with NO WARRANTY.

·         There are no returns or refunds on opened DVD’s, GAMES, Software, or similar media.

·         Unauthorized returns (Changed mind, didn’t want, etc...) will be charged a 25% restocking fee to recoup eBay’s ever rising selling fees.

·         Unless the item is DOA or Significantly Not as Described, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Feedback

·         We work EXTREMELY hard to maintain our reputation on eBay as a top seller.  Feedback is incredibly important to the eBay community, and to our business.

·         We want to EARN your positive feedback.  If you have a problem with ANYTHING at ALL.  PLEASE CONTACT US!  We will work with you, and make it right!  There is no reason anybody should ever feel the need to leave negative feedback. 

·         Once positive feedback is left, we will leave positive feedback in return.

·         Threats of Negative Feedback and any type of Negative Feedback extortion will be reported to eBay immediately.

·         Negative Feedback left without allowing us to take care of your concerns within reason, will null and void any warranties and support from Richard Nelson Auctions, as well as possible black-listing on future auctions.

Payment

·         Payment via PayPal is preferred. We do NOT accept personal checks.

·         Payment is due at the end of the auction, unless prior arrangements are made, and we are notified of intent to pay.

·         Unpaid items will be relisted on the 7^th day, and a non-paying bidder strike WILL be issued.
