Very nice, old RPPC, black & white (glossy finish) real photo 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" postcard of "The Street At Grand Lake, Colo. Looking West". White printing on lower right corner is cursive signature "Sanborn G-998". Postally unused postcard in very good to excellent condition for age (protected in clear plastic sleeve & will be sent to you in same GREAT SHAPE) w/minimal edge wear, corner bumps & minor scuffs or scrapes, but NO rips, NO tears, NO folds or creases. PLEASE VIEW SCANNED PHOTOS FOR BEST VISUAL DESCRIPTION.

NEAT PIECE OF HISTORY from estate auction in Southwest Missouri; exact age/date unknown (old cars in photo should help determine approx age).
