Items must be returned within 7 days of arrival according to UPS website.
Do not use a shoebox as a shipping box.  Please place the box in another box or wrap it in shipping paper.  If we receive a shoe being returned/exchanged and the shoe box was used for shipping, you will not be refunded UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Once a shoe's box has been taped up, it us unsellable.  
A filled out copy of our Return/Exchange Form must be included and you MUST message us before returning any item, for any reason.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
