Condition: New: Without Tags  

Beautiful, special occasion dress.  Royal blue with black velvet trimmings. Sheer cap sleeves.   The belt is black velvet and has a butterfly applique.  Size 8.

Even though the tags are removed, my daugher never wore the dress.  My nieces and daugher were going to wear these dresses for my parents 50th wedding anniversary but then we changed our minds.
