  Order Processing:
  
  Orders are normally processed within 2 - 4 business days after your payment has been confirmed (unless otherwise specified).
  If for any reason, there is a delay in processing your order, you will be contacted by E-mail.
  
  Transit time typically varies between 2 - 6 business days depending on how far you are from our shipping point. (Some locations may range between be 3-8 business days)
  
  We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.   
  
  Backorders:  GreatFindShoppe makes every effort to list products on eBay that are currently available and in stock. However, due to the popularity of these items, we occasionally run out of stock on some items. If this happens and you are the winning bidder, you will be promptly notified that we will not be able to ship the item(s) during the time frame stated and you will be given the option to either cancel your order, or allow it to remain on backorder until it is in stock and ready to ship.  
  
  Defective or Damaged Items: You must notify us within 3 days of the item(s) receipt if any products are damaged or defective on delivery. Items that are reported damaged or defective in a timely manner will be repaired or exchanged at no charge subject to our terms and conditions. Items not reported within these parameters but are within the warranty period will be referred to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (and these will be subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. All products carry the FULL Manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise noted.  
  
  Non Warranty Returns. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 14 days from the date of your winning bid. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Shipping fees to you are non-refundable. If your item qualified for a "Free Shipping" promotion, the cost of shipping and handling we incurred in shipping the item to you will be deducted from any prospective refund due to you.  
  
  To return an item: Please email our offices at greatfindshoppe@sbcglobal.net to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will need to supply complete "proof of purchase" including your name, item purchased, eBay item number, and reason for return. Once the return merchandise authorization has been issued to you (this is done only by email - no verbal authorizations are provided) , please place the merchandise in the original packaging materials and return to us insured and prepaid (we suggest you use UPS or FedEX as USPS shipments have higher rate of breakage). Please include the designated copy of the RMA we send you so that we may properly identify and process your request. Pending our receipt and inspection of the merchandise, a refund (or credit) will be issued to you for the value of the item less applicable restocking fees. Important: Please DO NOT return items without a written Return Merchandise Authorization. Shipping fees are non-refundable and there is a restocking fee to offset our out of pocket costs associated with non-warranty returns.
