Plush Stuffed Snowman - Great Toy - Seasonal Decoration

This is a Plush Stuffed Snowman - Great as a toy or as a winter decoration.  He has a matching hat & scraf and is wearing lavender mittens.  His face is great from his little black eyes to his rosey cheeks and his carrot nose & the 2 pretty lavender buttons on his tummy.  He stands from the top of his hat to the bottom of his foot he stands 21 inches.     This is  pre-0wned, but in very, very good condition, no torn, worn, stained or frayed  spots.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected within 3 days from close of auction.  I Only Accept Paypal as payment.  If you need more time then 3 days, please let me know.  At the end of the 3rd day, I will send you a reminder invoice.  At  the end of the 7th day I will notify Ebay of the default on the sale. 

SHIPPING

I ship 3 different ways:  any thing under 13oz will go first class, anything over 13oz goes priority, anything over 2 lbs goes parcel post  and Video's CD's DVD's and books go media mail.

I will mail within 2 – 3 days (business days) after receiving payment.    I will send you an email confirming the shipment date.  I will combine and discount shipping on multiple purchases (whenever possible), so view my other items.   Insurance for all breakable items is included in the price of postage and handling.  I also ship all packages with delivery confirmation.

My goal is satisfied customers, so if there is a problem, the solution is just an email away.  If you have a problem please give me a chance to resolve the issue, before leaving me a bad feedback.

I will discount shipping if you purchase  multiple items that can be shipped together.

Refunds

 I will issue refund only IF the item is not as I described on my auction page.

Before any refund I request an email from you explaining the issue.  You have 7 days from the date of delivery to email me and return the item.    When I receive the item back in the mail, I will refund your money.  I will issue refund only IF the item is not as I described on my auction page, not for a change of mind.   I refund in the same manor that payment was received (paypal).    I take great pains in shipping items securely and would like to have it returned to me the same way.
