BIZARRO (The Syndicated Comic Strip) PREMIUM TRADING CARD SET

This is a complete card set of BIZARRO trading cards. This set was produced in 2008 by Sun King Publishing & consists of a whopping 105 cards in all. The cards are based on the syndicated comic strip panel by Dan Piraro.

This is a fully licensed product. This comprehensive trading card set features 105 different Individual Comic Single Panel Strips by Dan Piraro, including some unpublished artwork. Each card features a puzzle back which form one of five color coded 21-card 17.5" x 11.5" inch puzzle when completed. Each individual card is printed in full color on a thick glossy card stock & measures 2.5" X 3.5"

The art & humor of Dan Piraro as featured in the award winning syndicated Bizarro comic strip panel is unique to the world & embraced by millions. Strikingly unconventional in style and appearance, "Bizarro" is the means by which cartoonist Dan Piraro has unleashed both his secret symbols and uniquely eccentric view of the world on unsuspecting readers every day in 250 newspaper markets for over 22 years. Highly praised for its detail-driven artwork and off-the-wall humor, this award-winning King Features comic panel has massive appeal among audiences who enjoy alternative humor.

The cards themselves are unnumbered. This is a complete base card set. There are a total of 105 cards included. Each colored border (Yellow, Blue, Green, Red & Purple) feature 21 different comic strip panels in that subset, for a total of 105 cards. Released in this series were 5 different "Secret Symbol" chase cards. Those were inserted only 1 per box. This listing does NOT contain any chase cards.
