H.O.  Trackside Work Shed        I don't exactly know what this is  /  Building is HO but track isn't

Built   / needs roof reglued   /  missing something from the grounds by the propane tank (trash bin or storage shed)    /  Brown wood with gray base

I have been elected to sell off my fathers extensive H.O. train collection (cars,engines,buildings,accessories,supplies and even his layout)
