This auction is for (1) 500 ML bottle of simply natural fresh organically grown 100% coconut oil. That is equivalent to 17 OZ. Our oil is one of the highest quality coconut oils available on the market. This coconut oil is grown by the ocean naturally on the beaches in the Caribbean. This oil is specially pressed using a centrifugal process that extracts most of the nutrients from the coconut without damaging the coconut cells, while the normally used pressing processes tends to leave a lot of the nutrients in the left over coconut fiber. The other more abrasive pressing systems damage the coconut cells which begin to rot and leave a rancid smell and taste in the oil. This effect is similar to what happens to bruised fruit. We do not steam the oil or add preservatives.
