We Ship Domestically (USA) and Internationally

Please note - the "expedited flat rate"  shipping option is a 3-business day delivery through FedEx. If your event is taking place in fewer than 3 business days, you will need to upgrade to the "overnight flat rate shipping service" for a $20 fee. If you need to receive your tickets via FedEx on Saturday, our shipping charge is $35 (FedEx Saturday delivery is VERY expensive, so please plan ahead!) Please remember that Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered business days by FedEx. If you are concerned about receiving your tickets on time, please contact us by e-mail.

Tickets ship as soon as they are in hand. 95% of the time that means the same business day that you place the order. Sometimes, tickets will ship closer to the event date if we are still waiting on them to arrive. Please contact us if you would like to know if your tickets are in-hand and ready to ship.

Electronic e-mail delivery of tickets is sometimes available. Please note, this option is only for certain tickets and is not available for every ticket and/or event. If you would prefer to have your tickets e-mailed to you, please let us know immediately after placing your bid. If you request to have your tickets e-mailed to you, we will contact you to let you know if this is possible. The charge to receive your tickets by e-mail is $10.

We will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. Please do not buy/submit an offer if you do not have a confirmed address.

FedEx is our shipment method. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your tickets ship. Please note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
 

If tickets are emailed to you, you will be asked to confirm you can view/print tickets.

Please note that we also sell parking passes for events. If this auction has "PARKING" in the title, it is an auction for a parking pass, and is NOT a ticket to the event. Auctions for parking passes will also list the section as "PARKING". These auctions are for parking passes only, and you will not be admitted to the event without also purchasing a ticket to that event.

SEATING CHARTS / VENUE MAPS are maintained and posted by eBay. We have no control over seating charts posted on our auctions by eBay, and therefore make no guarantees as to their authenticity. If you have a question about a seating location, please contact us, or visit the official site of the venue to obtain an up-to-date seating chart.

If an event is cancelled and rescheduled or postponed, the tickets you purchased will be valid for the new date, and no refunds can be issued. If you cannot attend the new date for the event, we may be able to sell your tickets on your behalf. Please contact us for additional details.

If an event is cancelled and is NOT rescheduled, you will receive a refund minus shipping and service fees.

If your event is "rained out", the box office will exchange your tickets for a future make-up date. Instructions for exchanging your tickets will be available at the venue on the date of the event. We cannot offer refunds or accept returns for events that are rained-out or postponed due to an act of God.

All sales are final. Once tickets are purchased and payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled. We cannot offer any refunds or accept any returns for orders after they have been placed. If you are no longer able to attend your event, we may be able to sell your tickets on your behalf. There is a consignment fee for this service. Please contact us for more information about selling your tickets.

Tickets are sold for market value, which is generally higher than the face value printed on the ticket. We are not a box office and are not affiliated with any artist, sport team, venue, or box office. We are a licensed ticket agency in the state of Illinois.
