For Sale: Here I have a excellent brass bound Stratton Brothers Plumb and Level. Marked No.1 Check out the crisp maker branding and patent dates. July.16.1872, Oct.4.1887, May.22.1888. Also marked with a crisp eagle symbol and "Greenfield Mass". International buyers will have to pay the shipping cost. This level is in very good condition. Made from Mahogany, the brass very clean for the most part. Both vials are in great shape. I am unsure if the main vial is original. Looks like there is some kind of caulk under the vial. The small vial cover has a very small rod, which is incomplete. Not a big issue by any means. The only other condition related thing I want to mention is the fresh scrach at one end of the mahogany. It is easy to see in the pictures because the level is otherwise pristine. One of the nicest levels I have had. Please carefully inspect my quality pictures and make your own distinction. Shipping cost can be difficult to estimate. I try to be as accurate as possible. If you find that I was more than a $1 off actual shipping cost let me know. I will most certainly refund you the difference.I will never have a inflated shipping cost, to make an extra dollar or two. I pride myself on being a professional. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please do not hesitate to let me know. I am a one man operation, and very easy to work with. My feedback is rather impressive considering how many transactions I have completed. I love to combine shipping! If there is away I can save you a few bucks I will. I do not want all those years playing Tetris as a kid to go to waste. Thanks again, Wes Questions, Comments, Concerns.....Wes@toolauctionsunlimited.com
