Fostoria Amber Coin Glass Wedding Bowl compote with lid



 

 

This auction is for a nice piece of pressed glass made by Fostoria in the 1960s. This is called coin glass and is amber in color. The pattern has torches and eagles with 1882 on the symbol, a fine Early American piece. This item is used but beautifully preserved, looks new. No scratches, cracks, chips, etc. Stands 8-1/2 inches tall to top of lid. Nice heavy piece. Also on separate auction is a companion piece to this amber coin glass, a salt & pepper shaker on a stand with a cruet. Email questions. Combined shipping not a problem.
