This is a terrific Kilt Pin or Brooch designed as a Dirk type dagger of the sort that would have been worn and used traditionally in the Highlands of Scotland. It measures 3" long by almost 1/2" at its widest and the top is shaped like a Scottish Thistle with a piece of faux Cairngorm. It's marked "MIZPAH" along with the usual hearts and arrow mark and is in excellent condition. This beautiful kilt pin can just as easily be worn as a regular brooch and will be the ideal accessory for all of your Scottish and Celtic events this summer. Please have a wee look at my other auctions for lots more Scottish and Celtic jewellery. |
